Cancellation policy.

We will refund or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your visit. You can do this via your booking confirmation by selecting amend or cancel.

There is no fee for rescheduling your session but a small booking fee will be deducted from any refunds.

If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of your booking you will not be refunded or rescheduled.
